Petite Clothing Range Height/clothing Question?

Height/clothing question? - petite clothing range

I'me 5'8 ", but many have trouble finding clothes. I have very short legs, long pants and Capri are still too long. Torso is too long, so the shirts are often too short.

I can not find clothes small, but not in my size. I: 16-20, depending on the brand. I do not know where to find cheap jeans, because they do not have much money. Any tips?
