My friend bought two steaks, and dated to expire tomorrow. We have a grill, a grill or stove, as I cook? I've heard in a hot pan, then baked in the oven is the way forward in these cases, but what kind of bread in the oven? Covered with aluminum foil or something? At what temperature? How long?
